JD is prices are great. He went above and beyond to ensure that my AC system works. He's straight up and honest. I've called Elite plumbing and air about 3-4 times and they never showed, but JD cama by within 30 min. I would highly recommend using his instead of those big corporate companies.

Jonathan is amazing! I called him for an emergency repair and he was here within an hour!! Every other company I called hadn’t even gotten back to me or was telling me it would be the end of the day. He rearranged his schedule to accommodate me and I could not be more grateful!! He is very kind, friendly, and very professional! I have used several companies and this was by far the best experience I have ever had.
Q:When choosing a new system, what is the difference between name brand and a sister company of the name brand?

Thank you for asking. While the sister companies to name brand will save you money, there are obviously sacrifices the manufacturer must take. Noise levels tend to be louder on off brand systems, material is thinner. The biggest thing we are seeing right now is parts and support. Name brands have the resources to help their customers in a timely manner. Consider these when choosing the next brand of Air Conditioner.

Q:How long have you been in the industry?
A:
15 years. As a third generation air conditioning technician I knew what I was getting into. Immediately after high school I joined the US Army as an A/C technician. Upon completion of my main contract, I joined a local union and built up my skills. I went to school for 5 additional years. After school I decided to help pass knowledge off and I became an instructor. I started this company to give true honest, accurate service.
