I had a recent water leak in a bathroom caused by poor installation prior to the purchase of my house. Duck Duck Rooter sent Allen M. over to evaluate. He was great! Very personable. Did a great job in finding the cause and removing the poor quality shower stall. Had a great reference for a mold remediation person. when I realized that the shutting off the lines to the bathroom also stopped the supply of water to my washer. Allen came out and worked to cap off the lines to the removed shower and reinstall water to my washer.
I've had Duck Duck Rooter out for other projects. They have always been great and I would be wiling to use them in the future.

Starting from the call to the service line to the septic pump out, everything was very efficient. I was happy to be able to speak to someone after 5:00 pm and schedule a clean out when most septic places are closed. Victor and his helper were very friendly and explained the process well and was very easy to work with. The pricing was very reasonable and better than other companies I called. I definitely recommend this company for routine septic tank pumping. Overall a great experience!
