I've been going here for almost a year and have made huge fitness gains thanks to the amazing trainers at 9Round. Great facilities and atmosphere as well!

If you're looking for a place where the trainers are truly interested in your fitness and well-being, 9round is your place. A full-body workout in 30 minutes can't be beat. As someone over 65 with RA, the trainers, especially Aaron and Brandon, have worked diligently with me on my mobility, flexibility, and strength. Give 9round a try and get one step closer to your health goal. 🥊🥊🥊

Excellent workout in just 30 minutes. I accomplish more here in that time then spending 2 hours in a regular gym. Trainers will guide and accomidate you based on your skill and exercise level. They are encouraging and energetic, really enjoying my time here. Would highly recommend you giving it a try

Q: What is 9Round?
9Round is a kickboxing fitness studio offering fun, full-body, high-intensity interval workouts. The program focuses on strength training and cardio in a 30-minute, circuit-style format. With no class times, you can come in and work out on your schedule because a new session starts every three minutes. The workout changes daily and consists of nine stations of challenging exercises, plus active breaks in between.

Q: Looking for a boxing program to help with Parkinson’s for my husband. Any info on this?
This might be a great place for your husband. There's no schedules here. Just walk in and train. They do 30min circuit rotations. And he's free to train for as long or little as he wants. They offer a free first time class. So schedule one and give it a try.
